This weekend, a unique Caribbean buffet will serve hundreds in Manchester. It’s a great chance for food lovers to enjoy delicious dishes and experience Caribbean cuisine.

This buffet is a monthly treat, and it’s already buzzing on social media. People are excited, and booking is tight. You can only reserve a spot by messaging the food company directly.
Patrick Smith, a former chef, started this venture during lockdown. He began with just £80 and a passion for fresh, local ingredients. After restrictions eased, he returned to his chef job but reopened his takeaway due to popular demand.
The buffet will take place at Mabels on Royton from noon to 7 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Expect favorites like jerk chicken, curry goat, and fried dumplings.
Nicole Frost, the manager, shared that this buffet is unique in the northwest. It’s a fantastic opportunity for both fans of Caribbean food and newcomers to try something new.
They only hold this event once a month to keep the excitement alive. Nicole mentioned that they’ve extended it to two days this time due to high demand. They’re expecting around 400 guests this weekend, which is incredible!
Mabels is located at 88 Rochdale Road OL2 6QF. For more details about the buffet, check out their page.
