Manchester: A 16-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man are in the hospital after a stabbing. This happened in Longsight, and both were seriously hurt.

The incident took place near Rushford Street and Purcell Street. It was around 7 PM when the police arrived. They found both victims with stab wounds. Thankfully, their injuries are not life-threatening, but one might need surgery.

Witnesses reported a fight before the stabbing. Police are still at the scene, and they’ve cordoned off parts of the area. They want to gather more information about what happened.

Just hours before this, there was another stabbing in Manchester. A man in his 40s was hurt near a primary school in Moss Side. His injuries were also not life-threatening.
