These new digs would sit off Bentley Street, just a hop from the town center, bringing 23 fresh homes to the area. Out of those, 13 will have two bedrooms, while the rest will be cozy one-bedroom flats.
When the developers, Dream Developments Northwest Ltd, chatted with the council, they were told their original parking plan was a bit too big. So, they’re now adding more green space and a unique car park lift system to save space.
This lift system is a smart way to stack cars, making sure there’s one parking spot for each bedroom. It’s a common trick in busy cities where every inch counts. Plus, with the site being right behind a Tesco Express and other shops, it’s a prime spot for new homes.
The developers believe these apartments will really enhance the area. They’ve designed the site to boost security, privacy, and access for both cars and pedestrians, aiming to create a friendly, connected community.
